Can I Bring Friends and Family?
Absolutely! Everyone is welcome to join the event – whether they play golf or just want to enjoy the wonderful atmosphere at the clubhouse.
Can I Bring a Non-WHU Guest as a Flight Partner?
Yes! You're welcome to invite a non-WHU guest to play with you in your flight.
What Format Will we Play?
We will play a Chapman 4some:
- Both players tee off
- Each plays the other’s ball for the second shot
- Then one ball is selected, and alternate shots are played until holed
Is the BBQ Included?
All participants of the tournament, beginners course, and skeet shooting will automatically have a spot at the BBQ included.
Can I (or Friends) Just Join the Dinner?
Yes! There will be separate dinner-only tickets available for non-participants.

Is Rental Equipment Available?
For the tournament, please bring your own golf equipment. Equipment will be provided for the beginners course and skeet shooting.
Are There Hotels Nearby?
Yes, there are several hotels in the area. Please note that the hotel at the golf club is currently closed due to construction. If you need help finding accommodation, feel free to reach out to us.
